We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring every item is carefully checked and beautifully packaged.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays

While we always aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier services, weather conditions, or peak periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. House of Winter Rose cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that international customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by their country.
